QUESTION:
When I click on a shape within a lesson, I get a blank screen and/or a message about downloading the latest version of Shockwave. What's wrong?

SYMPTOMS:

• Clicking on a shape within a lesson produces a blank screen.
• Clicking on a shape within a lesson causes a Shockwave® download prompt to appear.

ANSWER:
Almost all Shockwave® issues can be resolved if you remove Shockwave® Player, then download and install the latest version. Visit the Macromedia® Shockwave® Player Support FAQ page for more information. Upon the successful installation of Shockwave® Player, click the GET Macromedia Xtras button on the Support tab to download the required Shockwave Xtras.
