QUESTION:
How do I edit a correlation?

ANSWER:
To modify the contents of a correlation, select the Correlations View. Then select Modify in the Action menu.

The modules in the correlation will appear in the list. Select a module to view the lessons that are in that module. You may change the correlation name. The name can be 32 characters in length. The characters can be numbers, letters, or a space. Decide whether you wish others to be able to view the correlation by choosing Yes for a Public correlation or No for a Private correlation.

To add a new module to the correlation, click New Module and enter a name for the new module. The name can be 32 characters in length. The characters can be numbers, letters, or a space. Then click OK.

To add a lesson to the new module, click a lesson name in the Additional Lessons Available box. Then click Add Lesson. Notice that the Lesson Goals for the lesson are displayed in the Lesson Goals box. Lessons in a module must be added one at a time.

You may add as many modules as you wish to a correlation, and as many lessons as you wish to a module.

To rename a module, select the module, and then click Rename Module. Enter a new name for the module, and click OK.

To remove a module, select the module, and then click Remove Module. The module name will no longer appear in the list, and the lessons will be added to the end of the list in the Additional Lessons Available box.

You may move a module up in the correlation by selecting the module and clicking Move Module Up. The module will be moved up one place in the correlation. Repeating this process will allow you to move a module up more than one place.

You may move a module down in the correlation by selecting the module and clicking Move Module Down. The module will be moved down one place in the correlation. Repeating this process will allow you to move a module down more than one place.

To rename a lesson, select the lesson, and then click Rename Lesson. Enter a new name for the lesson, and click OK.

To remove a lesson, select the lesson, and then click Remove Lesson. The lesson name will no longer appear in the list, and the lessons will be added to the end of the list in the Additional Lessons Available box.

You may move a lesson up in the correlation by selecting the lesson and clicking Move Lesson Up. The lesson will be moved up one place in the correlation. Repeating this process will allow you to move a lesson up more than one place.

You may move a lesson down in the correlation by selecting the lesson and clicking Move Lesson Down.: The lesson will be moved down one place in the correlation. Repeating this process will allow you to move a lesson down more than one place.

Finally, click OK to close the Correlation Editor and save your modifications.
