ISSUE:
Opening the LarsonMath.com: Intermediate Classroom Management System (CMS), causes the error message, "This application requires Shockwave Player 8.5, which is not installed. Click OK to download it."

RESOLUTION:
The latest version of Macromedia® Shockwave® (version 10.x, released April 2004) is not compatible with the LarsonMath.com: Intermediate CMS released prior to Wednesday April 7, 2004. Please download and install the latest version of the LarsonMath.com: Intermediate CMS.

1. Remove the current version of the CMS from your computer. Delete the LarsonMath.com: Intermediate CMS folder and its contents.
2. Go to www.larsonmath.com and log on as an administrator or teacher.
3. Click the Classroom Management System Setup link on the Teaching Resources tab.
4. On the Classroom Management System Setup page, follow the directions to download and reinstall the CMS.
