ISSUE:
Use of the student program randomly produces an error 500 internal server error exception report.

SYMPTOMS:

• After logging into site, an error 500 message appears.
• When trying to view the list of modules, an error 500 message appears.

RESOLUTION:

Check the cache settings on your browser. Make sure that your browser is set to check for new versions of stored pages every time the page is visited. If possible, log off, close your browser, reopen your browser, and log on again. If the problem persists, write down the exact text of the error message and the steps to reproduce the error, and then contact Technical Support.
